I couldn’t agree more. Also a frustration: small fonts in a small box in the middle of an otherwise empty page; using a drop-down list box when there’s plenty of room to actually display the list; unboxed text boxes that make it impossible to figure out where you’re supposed to enter the text requiring you to randomly click on the white space on the screen until the hidden box magically appears; common tasks moved down a layer, e.g. “Forward” in gmail that can only be accessed from within the email itself instead of from the Inbox list (the way Thunderbird correctly does it). I could go on but I will restrain my rant, for now. — David Grace
