I think you make a good point. This psychology isn’t limited to one side of the political equation. While I think it applies to how some (not all) conservatives view the minimum wage, I’m sure that you are correct that it also applies to how some liberals view other life situations.

For me, one of the most harmful aspects of human psychology is the desire to impose one’s own notions of “fairness” on other people or society in general.
