It’s fine that some some local people are helping one homeless man. There are about 250,000 in L.A. county that are homeless part of the year and about 84,000 that are permanently homeless. Your plan to do nothing is clearly is not a viable response.
15% of the country has NO access to medical care. Your plan? Too bad and hope for the best.
The basic conservative idea is that you sink or swim on your own and hope someone donates some money to you. With 15% of the country on food stamps and 20% of the population having negative wealth, rampant crime, drugs and homelessness, clearly the conservative idea of benign neglect is a failure.
