You’ve aptly described the libertarians’ Law Of The Jungle society where you can do anything you can get away with, short of outright rape, robbery or murder, and your victims are not allowed to unite under a public banner to oppose you because laws are a big “no fair,” like the kid who complains when daddy makes him give back his brother’s “borrowed” bike.
