You’ve posed the classic question: Should the addict blame the guy who sells him the heroin or blame himself for taking it? I refuse to carry a phone because I disagree with the idea that I should make it possible for people to contact me (or for me contact them) all the time. I think constant contact is a negative, not a positive. I am vastly in the minority in this regard.
